What began as humble beginnings, and for many of us as our first ‘real job’ two decades ago, is now a global collective of niche technology and cyber security staffing and consulting firms, servicing the Fortune 1000 clients around the world.

Our story began in the late 90’s as our founder and current President, Jason Massman, started our core brand GlobalSource IT. Back then roles were multi-faceted. We were client partners, delivery managers, janitors, in-office event planners, and back parking lot grill masters. No job was too small as we grew our company, and no title was above the work that simply had to be done. It’s with this culture and work ethic that has built our team today.

We’re proud of our roots, and we’re proud to boast an average tenure of roughly 8 years that far exceeds the national average many times over. It’s no surprise that our tenure of this team is so strong given the culture of success, exceptional compensation opportunity, a real team environment, and the ability to chart your career path as you grow with our group.
